HIIT CIRCUITS

A tough, fast paced class ideal for those looking to improve body composition and cardiovascular fitness. HIIT circuits work everything and include a variety of training methods from barbells and dumbbells to battle ropes and kettle bells to burn fat and challenge your body in every way.

REVOLUTION CYCLING

Indoor cycling is a great way to shed body fat, improve cardiovascular conditioning and build your leg muscles too! This class will work you hard! You’ll be sprinting and climbing hard to fast paced music.

MEON PUMP

Pump is a full body workout where you’ll complete rhythmic movements to great music using barbells with adjustable weights. The format of the class allows you to track your progress, so you can see how much you have improved.

PILATES

Pilates aims to strengthen the whole body via stretches and mat work exercises based on the principles of breathing and control, with an emphasis on core work.

LEGS, BUMS & TUMS

Our own take on this classic class targeting the most popular ‘problem areas’. Our LBT will work your lower body and core with a mixture of body weight and weighted exercises in a variety of formats.

KETTLE BLAST

A total body workout that uses kettlebells and only kettlebells! Swinging, squatting, deadlifting, pressing and rowing! You can do it all with just a kettlebell and this class takes full advantage. Improve your kettlebell skills and strength.

BOOTCAMP

The ultimate workout in the sports hall or great outdoors (whenever possible!) Think HIIT, but outside; survive the elements and push your body using a variety of equipment and training styles!
